Mark has spent the last 16 years in sales and investment management positions on Wall Street. Prior to joining AmTech, Mark was a Managing Director and portfolio manager in the Strategic Investment Group at Merrill Lynch. He joined Merrill in 1989 and rose through the sales ranks as a top producer in the Institutional Equity business and led the formation of the technology specialist sales group. Mark has covered key accounts in the NY area for many years and brings a unique perspective of both buy and sell side experience to AmTech. In addition to managing money at Merrill, Mark also managed a technology portfolio at GLG. Prior to his career on Wall Street, Mark spent 4 years at Pansophic Systems Inc., which was later acquired by Computer Associates.

Mark earned his BS in Applied Mathematics from Yale in 1984 and holds an MBA in finance from the Columbia Business School.
