Richard co-founded AmTech Research with the vision to provide unbiased fundamental research and to build a distribution sales and trading function to support that research. Richard has fourteen years of industry experience. Richard has been a top institutional equity salesman at UBS Warburg and SoundView Technology Group. Richard was Head of West Coast Sales and opened the Denver office for Soundview in addition to being one of the top salesman each year during his six year tenure there. Previously, he worked for Dean Witter, PriceWaterhouse and Andersen Consulting.

Richard was graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Economics, and received his MBA from William E Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester.
